Local Schools will be joining the Ardudwy Knights in
Harlech Castle for workshops throughout the day on Friday September 16th.
There will be Knights on hand to demonstrate
weapons and lifestyle and to relate the history of Glyndwr’s possession
of Harlech Castle and his legacy to Wales.
The local businesses have been approached to
enter into the spirit of the day by decorating their shops and premises.
The day will culminate with a ‘Torchlight
Procession’ starting from
Y Branwen in Lower Harlech to the Castle where it
will end with a short presentation and an address by Lord Dafydd Ellis
Thomas.
Everyone is encouraged to dress up and join in.
